It sits on any standard hot-and-cold dispenser, a manual stand, or a pump. If you do not have a unit yet, we supply that too — see dispensers below.

Floor-standing and table-top units for homes and offices, supplied with your water order and sanitised on a schedule rather than whenever someone remembers. If a unit fails, we swap it — you are not left arranging a repair with a third party.

How much does 5 gallon water cost in the UAE?
Aquamena does not publish a fixed price list — your rate depends on your area and your weekly bottle count. Send us both on WhatsApp at 052 130 40 00 and we will quote you in the same conversation. Ask about current offers while you are at it.
What size do the bottles come in?
Five gallon — 18.9 litres — is the size we bottle. It fits any standard hot-and-cold dispenser, tabletop unit, manual stand or pump.
Do I need to buy the bottles?
Five gallon bottles are returnable. You keep the ones in use and hand back the empties when we deliver.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is nothing to sign. You pay cash on delivery or with a prepaid coupon book, and you can change, pause or stop your order at any time by message. Business accounts are set up separately — see For Business.
Can I change how many bottles I get?
Yes, by message. Tell the driver or send us a WhatsApp and the next delivery changes. Nothing needs to be cancelled and restarted.
How long does the water keep?
Sealed and stored out of direct sunlight, well beyond a normal delivery cycle.
Is bottled water in the UAE safe and regulated?
Yes. Bottled drinking water sold in the UAE must meet standards set by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA). Aquamena holds the ESMA Emirates Quality Mark and is HACCP certified, with production monitored from source intake through to sealed bottle.
What is the difference between purified water and mineral water?
Mineral water is drawn from a natural spring and bottled with whatever minerals the source contains. Purified water — like Aquamena — is treated through reverse osmosis to remove virtually everything, then has a fixed set of food-grade minerals blended back in, so every bottle has the same consistent composition.
Is Aquamena water low in sodium?
Yes. Aquamena water is mineral-balanced and kept low in sodium. In the UAE climate you drink more water than almost anywhere else, so what is dissolved in it adds up over a day — low sodium matters here.
