How do I get a quote for business water supply?
- Where you are — emirate, area, and the building or site name.
- How many people — headcount on a normal day, and how that swings.
- What mix you need — five gallon, cases, or both, and whether you need dispensers.
- How often — weekly, twice weekly, or a schedule tied to your own operation.
Send those four and we will come back with a price and a proposed schedule. If you are tendering and need certification documents or a water analysis report to attach, ask and we will send them with the quote.

Is there a contract term?
Terms are agreed per account and set out in the supply agreement.
Can you deliver outside working hours?
Where the building or site permits it, yes. Tell us the access window when you request the quote so it is priced into the route.
Do you supply certification documents for audits?
Yes — HACCP and ESMA Emirates Quality Mark documentation, and the current water analysis report on request.
What happens if volumes change mid-contract?
Tell us and the schedule changes. Sites in particular ramp up and down, and the schedule is expected to move with them.
Can we be invoiced instead of paying the driver?
Yes. Monthly invoicing is the normal arrangement for business accounts.
