Cookie Policy
This is the cookie policy for the Aquamena website. We keep tracking to a minimum — this page lists every cookie used to deliver our water service in the UAE.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site remember things between pages and visits — a preference you set, or an anonymous identifier used to count visitors. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels do much the same job, and this policy covers those too.
2. What we use
We keep this to a minimum. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account or log in.

3. What we do not use
- We do not sell data collected through cookies.
- We do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites.
- We do not place non-essential cookies before you have had the opportunity to refuse them, where the law requires consent.
4. Third-party services
Clicking a WhatsApp link on this site takes you to WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Google Fonts is governed by Google's privacy policy. The chat button on this site is provided by Heyozo: messages you type into it, and any details you choose to share there, are sent to Heyozo's servers so our team can read and answer them, and are then handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control what those services do once you are on them.
5. How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block new ones — usually under Settings, then Privacy. You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which clears them when you close it.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working. Blocking the rest will not.
6. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
